At LS Lamer, we pour immense dedication, artistry, and precision into every silhouette we create. Because our garments are meticulously crafted and handled with the highest standards of luxury production, we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, your perfect fit and satisfaction are paramount to us. If your piece does not meet your expectations regarding size or fit, we are happy to facilitate an Item Exchange or issue store credit under the conditions outlined below.
1. Exchange Windows & Validity
- Domestic Orders (Nigeria): Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your package. Items must be returned to our atelier within 5 days of approval.
- International Orders: Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
2. Condition for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be returned in its original, pristine condition. We cannot accept items that do not meet the following luxury criteria:
- The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original brand tags, packaging, and security seals must remain fully intact and attached.
- The garment must be free of any signs of wear, including cosmetic stains (makeup, tan), perfume scents, deodorant marks, or fabric snags.
Please Note: Custom-made, custom-tailored, or altered pieces created specifically to your personal measurements are completely final and cannot be exchanged.
3. The Exchange Process
- Request Approval: Contact our client concierge team via Email or WhatsApp with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Selection: You may exchange your item for a different size of the same design, or swap it for an alternative piece of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
- Logistics: The client is responsible for all shipping, delivery, and customs fees associated with returning the original item and delivering the new exchanged piece.
Once your return arrives at our atelier, it will undergo a thorough quality control inspection. Upon approval, your replacement item will be processed and dispatched.
